Furthermore, in addition to having an affiliated dental hospital, the School also has an affiliated medical hospital, at which clinical training is being carried out in internal medicine, surgery, and otolaryngology. Students are given the opportunity to observe surgical operations on digestive organs and treatment at the hospital beds, as well as clinical investigations and analyses. In this way, students are able to experience firsthand how medicine is practiced in a hospital and come to a greater appreciation of medicine that treats the whole person.
